Training Courses
Facilitator Training
Facilitator Training is a course that teaches you the practical steps needed to facilitate meaningful, effective, and enriching small group discussions. You will be prepared to lead others down a journey of connecting with one another and growing together as they study the Bible, curriculum, and sermons. All facilitators are required to take this refresher course.
- January 4 (7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
Teacher’s Training
Teacher’s Training is a four-session course that provides step-by-step guidance and concrete exercises. Students will be prepared to teach classes and lead special interest groups that are engaging, meaningful, and spirit-filled. This course is required for all new teachers or facilitators.
- January 28 – March 11 (Every other Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
Servant Leader 1
Servant Leader 1 is an eight-session course where you will learn What It Means to Be a Servant Leader. This class is designed to explore the ministry of Jesus and his biblical principles of servanthood.
- March 26 – April 26 (Sundays 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. & Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
Servant Leader 2
Servant Leader 2 is an eight-session course where you will be prepared to be a Servant Leader. This class is designed to transition you from a follower role to a leadership role.
- May 7 – May 31 (Sundays 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. & Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
Servant Leader 3
Servant Leader 3 (Online Course) – During three sessions you will learn the practical steps to put what you learned in Servant Leader 1 and 2 into practice as you Go Forth as a Servant Leader.
- June 12 – June 26 (Mondays 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.)
*Servant Leader 1, 2 & 3 are required for anyone desiring to serve in church leadership.
